Elektro-Nauta specialise in maritime electrical works for shipping industry. We are part of NAUTA Shiprepair Yard Group in Gdynia where we carry out electrical works for the Group. We also operate on the market in co-operation with many branch companies, shipowners and shipyards from Europe. Elektro-Nauta works on ship repairs, ship conversions and new buildings projects.
We have gained experience on various types of vessels but especially on platform supply and seismic research vessels, ferries, trawlers, tugs, dredgers, passengers. Our works are supervised by quality societies such as DNV, PRS, GL, BV. We always put great priority to quality of the services and short frame time of the projects. These targets can be reached due to experienced and well skilled staff and efficient project management. The trust that we are given by our clients motivates us to further development of the company and new challenges.
Company history
Elektro-Nauta was established in 1997 as a result of organisational changes in Nauta Shiprepair Yard in Gdynia. We are based on Electrical Department of the Yard and used to work only for NAUTA Yard. Today, we operate on the market with many companies and shipyards. However, Nauta remains our main contractor and strategic business partner.
We employ electricians, specialists in marine automation, steel fitters, technicians and engineers in electro-automation. Most of our workers have gained reach experience working in Electrical Department of NAUTA Shipyard. We make electrical works at our workshop in NAUTA where we have the office and production hall. The location is very convenient for maritime services.
We co-operate with many maritime companies and have worked so far on ships of shipowners from Norway, Holland, Denmark, Italy, Iceland, Germany, Sweden and Finland.
Since establishment we specialise in electrical works for maritime industry especially in electrical installations, electrical repairs, switchboards and automation systems.
Nauta Group
NAUTA SHIPREPAIR YARD was established in 1926 and is one of the oldest shipyards in Poland. The Yard specialise in ship repairs and conversions of any types of vessels. The Yard has great experience in conversions of platform supply vessels, seismic rearch ships and trawlers.
